Vinification: Direct pressing, settling of juices at low temperature then cold vinification (14 °) to promote fruity aromas.
Tasting notes: Light pink appearance, clear and bright. Aromas and flavours of red berries, currant and cherry. In terms of taste, it’s a generous wine, supple and fruity.
Service temperature: 10°C to 12°C
Serving suggestion: Served best as an aperitif to accompany cold meats, barbecued meats and salads.
