Soil type:  Clay and limestone

Vinification:   Auto-regulated stainless tanks, left in the vat between 10- 12 days, temperature of fermentation 25 °

Degustation: Cherry-red appearance. Nose dominated by small red berries. Light and easy drinking wine with a velvety mouth, expressive and satisfying.

Service temperature: 16°C -18°C   

Serving suggestion: Barbeque meats, pizzas, lasagne
