The vineyards of AOC Côtes du Rhône work in harmony with a single same aim: to give you the best wines, from culture to assembly. And one thing is sure: the wines of this AOC are predominantly red, and all of them are generous, fine, pleasant, and spiced.
Grape varieties: Grenache (55 %), Syrah (35 %), Cinsault (5 %), Carignan (5 %).

Vinification: Traditional vinification of 15 days, at controlled temperature. With reassembly and shedding
Ageing: Aged in French oak 3-6 months
Alcoholic level: 14%
Robe: Deep robe, dark garnet
Aromas: Fruity (blackcurrant, cherry, red fruits and violet).
Mouth: A lively wine with marked red fruit notes and rounded smooth tannins for pure tasting pleasure. A rich, generous wine, typical of the best Côtes-du-Rhône.
Service temperature: 16°C à 18°C
Serving suggestion: Cold meats, BBQ, charcuterie and soft cheeses.
