DESCRIPTION
Introduction: Deep in the Rhone Valley, there lies a secret garden: Grignan-les-Adhémar. Filled with the magic of Provence, the climate here grows milder, and the prevailing Mistral permits exceptionally high amount of sunshine, while the scenery is painted in shades of lavender, olive trees, cypress, pine and thyme. These floral and refreshing aromas can be found in the heart of the Grignan wines.

Soil type: Clay-limestone
Vinification: Destalking, fermented in vats for 6-7 days with regularly temperature controls, pumping over and fining etc…
Alcoholic level: 14%
TASTING NOTES
Tasting notes: A cherry red appearance with garnet tinges. Aromatic nose of ripe red fruits, cherry and blackberry. Very drinkable and fond wine.
Service temperature: 16°C to 18°C
Serving suggestion: Cold meats of the Drôme region, spinach/pork meatballs, stuffed quail, poultry.
